In the first half of this year, the mining measurement while drilling 2.0 system has completed workshop testing and two underground actual drills. The measurement while drilling data has a high degree of conformity with the design trajectory and has performed well in field applications.
The Mining Measurement While Drilling 2.0 system has gradually completed software updates and functional testing of explosion-proof computer for borehole openings, hardware upgrades for communication forwarding boards, functional testing of directional gamma probe tubes while drilling, system integration and simulation of drill pipe resistance series testing since January. We will enter the on-site verification phase in May.
On May 29th, a mining user in Jincheng City, Shanxi Province used Zhongtian Qiming's φ 45mm directional gamma probe to complete a retest of a 321 meter branch hole. The communication signal of the system retest is stable, and the retest data basically coincides with the actual drilling measurement trajectory, as shown in the following figure: the green line is the retest trajectory of Zhongtian Coal Mine's drilling instrument, and the long red line is the actual drilling measurement trajectory.
From May 31st to June 16th, a mining user in Jincheng City, Shanxi Province, used the company's mining while drilling measurement system to complete 2 hole positions. The 2-1 hole was drilled to 165 meters (short red line) and a new branch hole was opened. The branch hole was drilled to 351 meters and completed. After the instrument is withdrawn from the borehole, gamma data is measured from the hole to 63 meters. The system measures stable communication signals, and the directional measurement trajectory while drilling has a high degree of conformity with the design trajectory. The gamma measurement data is stable and normal, as shown in the following figure: red is the actual drilling trajectory of the mining drilling system, and blue is the design trajectory.
The successful underground verification of the Mining Measurement While Drilling 2.0 system marks the transition of the system development into the pilot and improvement stage. After completing the coal safety certification in the second half of the year, it can be launched for market promotion.
